- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Disappointed with service . I brought in a necklace I wore everyday for 10 years when it finally broke . They fixed it in 5 mins charged 20 and I wore it 3 days later when it was broken again . The said it broke in a different place and again charged 20, for 5 min work . I wore it once 2 days later and it fell apart with no provocation . When brought it back they again wanted 20 and said it was my fault. At this point I felt they did not stand by their work . Perhaps they should have said don't bother fix this necklace as you'll be back every 3 days and well charge 20 each time .By Diane Sklar, July 27, 2017
